Tariff

	Breakdowns, fault finding, leaks, boiler maintenance and appliance servicing 1 hour (minimum) £60 for 1st hour, plus £50 per hour thereafter.1
	Landlord Gas Safety Certificates (CP12) £70 for up to 3 gas appliances, £20 for any additional gas appliances. (appliances will not be serviced)1
	Landlord Gas Safety Certificates (CP12) combined with boiler service as above and add £401
	Boiler replacement, Central Heating System renewal and new installations Please contact us for a quote as each installation is different.
	Commercial Maintenance/Installations Please contact us for a quote.
	After hours emergencies Will be priced on an individual basis (if we're available)

Please Note:

1. All prices exclude VAT.
2. We endeavour to carry many commonly used heating spares on our vans, but as there are dozens of different boiler manufacturers, we cannot carry everything! Should we need to visit a supplier to pick up materials for a job, the time taken will be chargeable to the customer. Naturally, this will be discussed/negotiated with the customer before purchasing the parts.
3. The costs of any materials, parking and congestion charge (if living in the zone) will be added to customers' bills.
